Teasing Rikai Flow, a Therapist Tool Suite I am Building
Since my last post, life has been crazy. I am in the process of moving but also been working on an AI therapist tool suite. I will be returning soon, but here's a teaser:
Rikai Flow is an evolving suite of AI-powered tools designed to support therapeutic insight, reflection, and engagement, without replacing the human work at the center of care.
At its core, Rikai Flow combines structured therapeutic frameworks with flexible AI scaffolding. Each module, whether a reframing assistant, emotion exploration game, or collaborative narrative builder, is designed to integrate naturally into existing clinical workflows or self-guided growth practices.
The system emphasizes modularity, privacy-awareness (HIPAA-informed, not overpromised), and therapist-led control over language, logic, and client data. It's built to think alongside you, not for you.
I'm starting with a few focused tools and iterating with feedback from both clinicians and AI developers. Rikai Flow isn't a finished product-it's a working hypothesis about how Al might responsibly extend, not replace, the therapeutic process.
This project comes from two parts of me that have always been in conversation. One part is the therapist. I have spent over fifteen years sitting with people, listening closely, and helping them make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions. The other part is my love of technology, especially the kind that opens up new ways to think, reflect, or create.
Rikai Flow is where those two parts meet. I am not trying to automate therapy or replace human connection. What I am building is a companion that can hold questions, offer structure, and support reflection between sessions. It is a toolkit that honors the depth of therapeutic work while exploring what AI can make possible when used with care and intention.
This is my way of exploring how technology can serve healing, not distract from it.
I can't wait to share it further!

This sounds fabulous! I’m a firm believer that AI plus real wisdom is the best way forward. This sounds like a great example.
I’m an EFT practitioner, currently developing a brand of Tapping Fusion - mergers of tapping with great ideas to make life better.
So if I can help in some way to add the option of tapping to your project - the ultimate easy self help method - then do get in touch.
I also moved last month, so I feel your busyness! Best wishes anyway.
